Owned and operated by husband-and-wife duo Aaron and Marissa Haakonson, Peerless Properties is a local property management company serving the St. Cloud Area community. Peerless has evolved over the past 16 years to become a trusted partner to many of the community's most admired properties.

As property owners themselves, Aaron and Marissa manage all properties they run or maintain with the mindset of a property owner. Not everything can be done at once when it comes to increasing the long term value of a property. Peerless Properties considers budgets, priorities, and even emergency repairs & maintenance issues as they come up while considering the big picture of where you want to see your property in 5... 10... or 30 years from now.

HISTORY

2004

Aaron Haakonson formed Peerless Lawn Care and offered commercial lawn mowing services to local businesses.

​

2010

The journey to expand Peerless into real estate services began with Aaron's first investment into a fixer-upper future rental property.

​

2012

Peerless Lawn Care was officially incorporated and services expanded to include fertilizing & chemical applications as well as some landscaping offerings. 

​

2013

Expanded into year-round service offerings by providing clients with snow and ice management during Winter months.

​

2014

Added more landscaping service offerings. Learning more about overall landscape services allowed Peerless to become an all inclusive provider for facilities managers.

​

2018

Invested in multi-family housing which initiated offering offering property management services to others. Peerless Properties LLC. was officially formed.

2020

The ongoing goal is to bring Peerless Properties as an all-inclusive property management service provider to current and new companies.
